An astoundingly lovely compilation of black and white photographs of the Lipizzaners at Piber and the Spanish Riding School. This is evidently a presentation by a notable "salon" (art) photographer. His introduction mentions the lack of a text, as "a picture must speak for itself, otherwise it has failed to represent its subject truly". A somewhat unknown and very scarce title, this is such a elegant production that I imagine most of the copies reside in the libraries of European castles.
